Business Management Analyst

We are seeking a talented Business Management Analyst to join our Business Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 
 

We will count you on to:

Support senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.

Prepare, analyze, and present reports on business performance, operational metrics, invoicing, billing with vendors, and project status to inform decision-making.

Manage operational metrics, ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes with vendors, and resolve related issues.

Lead or support key projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Act as a liaison between senior leadership, teams, and external partners, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.

Monitor compliance with policies and regulations, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
 

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, or related fields.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

Advanced to fluent English.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and billing/invoicing processes.

Previous experience in similar business analysis, operational management, or vendor billing roles.

Knowledge of additional analysis or project management software.

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
