Primary Job Functions

This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.

Collaborate with individuals from Human Resources and other related departments to schedule one-on-one job observation times. Work directly with each area of the department to gain an understanding of the roles within each area as well as the wide variety of positions within the company. Actively participate in weekly meetings within the department to further understand Human Resources, as well as the company as a whole. Collaborate with other employees on how to better the future of the company. Alphabetize and file confidential/government information while maintaining extreme confidentiality.

Maintain reliable attendance. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and/or educational opportunities. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.

Job Qualifications

Education:

·  High School Diploma or equivalent, Required

·  One year of post secondary education in an HR/Business related field, Required

·  Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquires
