Beacon Hill is seeking a Business Intelligence and Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst for a hybrid position.
This role specializes in driving operational excellence across Talent Acquisition by developing dashboards, improving workflows, and delivering data-driven insights. The position involves candidate coordination, recruiting operations, and analytics that directly support hiring performance and workforce planning.
Daily Duties:
* Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking TA metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, recruiter productivity, source of hire, etc.)
* Analyze recruiting trends and funnel data across regions, functions, and roles to identify gaps and opportunities
* Track and report on TA goals and KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership and partners
* Partner cross-functionally with TA leadership, recruiters, HR, and IT to assess operational needs and optimize recruiting processes
* Manage interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
* Troubleshoot scheduling and technical issues during interviews in real time
* Develop and implement automation strategies to reduce manual processes and ensure data integrity
* Collaborate with HRIS/IT teams to configure ATS integrations (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse) with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Lead data migration, validation, and integration efforts for recruiting systems
* Document dashboard standards, data definitions, and best practices to drive consistency
* Partner with internal stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver special projects and process improvements across the hiring lifecycle
* Prepare reports and visualizations for senior partners to support business decision-making
Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting (HR/recruiting environment strongly preferred)
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset; ability to assess needs, build solutions, and integrate new systems/tools with minimal guidance
* Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages (SQL or Python)
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse) and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and automate manual processes
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proven experience delivering data to senior business leaders
* Familiarity with recruiting metrics, candidate lifecycle, and workforce planning models
