The purpose of this position is to improve the efficiency of the account analytics program and develop technical solutions for the client. To use your technical expertise to design, generate and create complete data analysis, improvement and/or recommendation for an industry-leading financial services client. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources. + Prepare and present results of analysis and report along with their relative impacts to the business to all levels of management. + Work closely with Mobile Maintenance staff in analyzing, modeling, and building programmatic approach to ensure optimal performance of client buildings. + Collect all applicable datasets/reference tables, scrub/condition, and process into analytics tool for isolated or blended metrics and analysis on a regular ongoing cadence. + Utilizes programming and analytical tools including SQL, and the Microsoft Technology stack to develop data models and or extract insight. + Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE units. + Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day function. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of Data Analytics experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Strong ability to develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse and standardize data that helps create insight and addresses reporting needs. + Strong ability to identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE units. + Strong written and verbal presentation skills. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst position is $110,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
