A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. · **Problem-Solving:** Ability to apply existing procedures and standards to address moderately complex challenges. · **Analytical Thinking:** Skilled in evaluating potential solutions using technical expertise, sound judgment, and established precedents. · **Technical Proficiency:** • Familiarity with **SharePoint Online** is a plus. • Experience designing and building dashboards in **Tableau or PowerBI** . • Understanding of **end-to-end process workflows** . • Strong command of **Microsoft Office 365** tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Apps, PowerAutomate and others. · **Soft Skills:** Highly organized with a naturally inquisitive mindset and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. The minimum salary for the position is $ 90000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $ 106000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
