Business Intelligence Manager

Our client, a global energy drink brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is looking to hire a passionate Business Intelligence Manager with experience in beverage, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.

The Business Intelligence Manager will support the General Manager by delivering actionable business insights, sales performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role is critical in aligning strategy with execution by ensuring data accuracy, monitoring key business KPIs, and proactively identifying opportunities and risks across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Business Intelligence Manager will act as the operational backbone of business planning, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the overall performance of the sales organization. The role will also be responsible for consolidating and submitting reports to the Global Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across channels, customers, regions, and SKUs Prepare dashboards and KPI scorecards to track volume, pricing, margin, promotions, and sales coverage Manage rolling sales forecasts and support annual and quarterly sales planning Generate business reports and insights for leadership and management reviews Conduct customer and channel analysis to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps Monitor promotional ROI, margin trends, and stock availability across categories Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency Support reporting accuracy, sales operations, and business planning initiatives Develop presentations and strategic analysis for the General Manager and leadership team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis, commercial reporting, or sales operations within FMCG, beverage, or retail industries Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in forecasting and performance analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Zoho, or SAP Good understanding of the UAE FMCG retail landscape and field sales operations Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English, both written and verbal
