The Global Networking Sales (GNS) Sales Strategy & Planning team is dedicated to driving strategic growth, accelerating sales, and efficiently managing the business. Our focus is on sales strategy, planning, operations, and analytics initiatives to support Cisco's multi-billion-dollar networking business across campuses and branches. Your Impact

This role is for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst within the Global Networking Sales (GNS) Sales Strategy & Planning organization. You will serve as a advisor, driving and crafting analytics solutions that significantly influence business strategies across Cisco's multi-billion-dollar networking business. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to mentor junior analysts, foster multi-functional collaboration with senior leaders across Sales, Business Entities, Finance, and Operations, and leverage analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and SAP HANA to transform complex data into actionable, compelling insights. Key Responsibilities include:Strategic Data Leadership: Lead complex data analyses and provide insights for planning.Scalable BI Solutions: Design and implement data and analytics solutions that drive multi-functional decision-making.Enterprise Analytics & Adoption: Orchestrate analytics initiatives and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.Executive-Ready Insights: complex data into dashboards and reports for strategic actions.multi-functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse team members to align analytical priorities with business strategy.Innovation & Automation: Drive process automation and streamline data workflows for improved efficiency.Mentorship & Governance: Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics best practices.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.5–8 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering strategic insights in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data solutions and present complex findings to non-technical audiences.Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BI, or equivalent enterprise data platforms is strongly preferred.Preferred QualificationsProven experience working with sales and pipeline data; knowledge of Cisco data sets and tools is a strong plus.Superb communication and team member management skills with a collaborative, growth mindset.#WeAreCisco
