Summary: As a Business Intelligence Engineer for Fulfillment Operations, you will utilize your deep expertise in business analytics and tooling to translate the data into meaningful insights. Through tooling, automation, data analysis, and modeling, you will create solutions to continuously measure KPIs and empower operations with the data and insights they need to improve the customer experience and drive efficiencies at scale. Responsibilities: * Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., that will inform and influence data-driven decisions for business operations * Develop high-quality queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting * Develop self-service automated solutions to minimize manual processes with focus on efficiency and scalability * Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions that will help us achieve our strategic goals * Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement * Conduct deep dive investigations into operations execution and business problems, identify opportunities, and lead or support implementation * Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams, gathering requirements and delivering end to end solutions * Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use
