**Position:** Business Intelligence Engineer **Job Description:** **What You'll Be Doing:** + Create, maintain and enhance Business Intelligence components (metadata, reports, metrics, dashboards). In doing so participate in data modeling, business process analysis and development of reporting functional and technical specifications. + Write and maintain technical documentation supporting BI deployments. + Monitor report environment performance, logged errors and system activity to facilitate SLA management. Coordinate resolution of issues as needed. + Provide project status and progress updates to BI Management team. **What We Are Looking For:** + Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. + Experience analyzing data to support business strategy, identify insights, and drive decisions. + Strong experience with Power BI: Proficiency in building interactive dashboards and reports. + Experience with ETL processes, tools, and methodologies. + Expertise in SQL for database querying, management, and optimization. + Practical experience with Python and DAX. + Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English. + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to independently solve complex issues and drive improvements. + Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. **Even Better if You Have:** + Experience with Tableau. + Related certifications. **Work Arrangement** + Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home **What’s In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
