Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Operations BI team within the Real World Solutions (RWS) organization and help the business make data-driven decisions through fit for purpose analytics. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a broad range of business problems and stakeholders, bring efficiency through change and lead operational effectiveness projects related to analytics.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI).Clean, validate, and transform data using SQL to ensure its accuracy and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather their requirements and help them interpret analytical dashboards.Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.Actively contribute to internal team activities and processes and suggest improvements.Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to improve business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data related field and/or software development or equivalent experience in analytics, data, or software development.3+ years of experience in data analytics position (e.g., business analyst, data engineer).Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.Good knowledge of SQL and ability to construct and transform data using it.Solid understanding of database management.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the BI field.Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications (not required but beneficial):

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., SQL Server, AWS Redshift).Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
