The Worldwide Sales Operations team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong SQL skills, experience in data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of access and control management for sensitive data environments.

Main Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end BI solutions: including ETL processes, dashboard design, review cycles, and publishing to production environments.Recommend and implement visualization features/designs that best meet the analytical needs of business users.Build dashboards that support and drive informed decision-making.Write and optimize SQL queries and analytical models.Collaborate across teams and functions with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ensure data integrity and compliance with information management governance policies.

Security & Access Control Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage access control processes for BI environments handling sensitive or confidential data.Administer user roles and permissions in compliance with internal data governance and security standards.Audit and monitor access to BI assets and data pipelines to ensure compliance and traceability.Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align BI practices with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support to operational teams in the design and execution of reporting solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues.Manage BI-related projects, including planning, tracking, and risk management.Propose and document system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Experience in access control and data security practices in BI environments.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Knowledge

Power BI (PBI)DatabricksExperience in multiple industries is a plus
