C.H. Robinson is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer role! In this role, you are accountable for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to improve business operations. This role cultivates queries and presents information through reports and visualizations.

Responsibilities:Analyze, design, develop, document, test, and deploy BI solutionsCreate engaging visualizations and reports for requested projects using tools like Power BI or Tableau to develop processes to track and analyze current focus areasDevelop and execute database queries and conduct analysesPresent and deliver analytical value through business intelligence and collaborationCollaborate with internal analytical teams to develop predictive solutions in tandemPartner with internal departments to better understand drivers of trends and impact of business changesAssist in developing innovative solutions and insights from data that will allow C.H. Robinson to improve supply chain servicesAdvocate and help build data-fueled products that help our global customers and partners improve business outcomesCollaborate with leadership, develops, and maintains robust platform and lead optimization reporting and analyticsCreate, document, and maintain project related plans, process flows, and metricsEngage with the customer on identifying and prioritizing areas of analysis and opportunity globallyWork closely with Reporting resources to build key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysisOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 1 year of analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets, with tools like SQL, PowerBI.Intermediate knowledge and practical application of a programming languageFluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:Logistics and supply chain experienceAdvanced proficiency with MS Excel, and strong working proficiency with the broader MS Office Suite of programsStrong understanding of data fundamentals and passion for data integrity, testing, and validationExperience working with product teams in an iterative environmentPositive, collaborative working styleEffective communicator and data/reporting/business liaison through multiple mediumsValues a diverse and inclusive work environment
