About the role:
Design and maintain automated and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, and SharePoint.Build and streamline workflows using flowcharting tools and implement automation solutions via RPA tools and API integrations to reduce manual tasks.Conduct deep-dive analyses, perform regular audits, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards.Work cross-functionally to understand reporting needs, deliver insights, and translate data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.Lead initiatives to enhance reporting operations and automation, while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or automation; Six Sigma certification preferred.Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint for building automated dashboards, reports, and visualizations.Skilled in workflow automation using RPA tools like Power Automate and UiPath, and experienced with API-based integrations to streamline data processes.Advanced knowledge of Excel and Smartsheet functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), and experience using Visio and Lucidchart for process mapping.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with excellent communication skills for presenting complex data clearly.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
