Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
Develop and support analytics solutions using ThoughtSpot and enterprise data platforms.
Assist in leveraging AI-driven analytics capabilities, including trend analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
Perform data exploration, validation, and quality checks using SQL and analytical tools.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
Support reporting, insights generation, and ad hoc analytical requests.
Contribute to ad hoc tasks in support of Enterprise Data initiatives.
Help drive operational excellence and employee experience by supporting BizTech’s focus on innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll bring
Required
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Willingness and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Interest in data analytics and AI-driven insights.
Preferred
Degree Preferred - Currently pursuing the third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience or coursework involving ThoughtSpot or similar analytics platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $52,000 - $78,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.Disability Accommodations and Guidewire’s Appeals Process.
