**Location:**

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and providing data-driven insights through your expertise in data analytics and process improvement.
**What You’ll Do:**
Data Analysis & Reporting:
+ Gather, cleanse, transform, and analyse complex datasets from diverse sources.
+ Design, develop, and maintain the dashboard.
+ Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs
+ Identify key metrics, patterns, and actionable insights within the data.
Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize the current business processes.
+ Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., ESSA) and a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Develop, propose, and implement process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Partner with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
+ Communicate analytical findings and process improvement recommendations.
+ Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive alignment.
**What You’ll Need:**
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master's degree is a plus).
+ Min. 2 years of experience in an analytical role
+ Proven ability to identify, lead, and implement successful process improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau).
+ Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
+ Experience in developing solutions using VBA is a plus.
+ Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Savant) is advantageous.

+ Process improvement or continuous improvement mindset.
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
