Provide an open, data-centric, technology ecosystem that can provide short-term value and long-term flexibility as operational and workplace requirements change and new opportunities emerge

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of GOS client to include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.

Ability to manage key client and account team relationshipsPartner with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client’s goals and Cushman & Wakefield’s operational standards.Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve processes, and standardize procedures.Support the account leader and client to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the client’s and account requirements.Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improved profitability and operational efficiencyEstablish the data and reporting governance program on the accountCollaborate with internal departments and external vendors to develop reporting and analysis to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projectsDevelop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope, and investmentEstablish Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboardsPartner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirementsDesign short term BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solutionLiaise with Client Analytics Platform to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirements and aligns with the data and tabular modelProactively analyze the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirementsUtilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical toolsWork effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboardsManage overall solution architecture, design and technical oversight of automation solutionsDrive strategic insights and leverage data visualization from both structured and unstructured data elementsIdentify and document interdependence and inefficiencies between processes Collect, analyze and synthesize data for executive-level presentationsSupport the development of templates and ad-hoc presentations for training, information, action and approvalsCollaborate with senior leadership, business operations to deliver automation and transformation solutionsLead overall automation transformation program development activities Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstreamProvide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platformProvide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technology and Data Systems:

Act as the SME for all technology and data systems/tools used by the client and account team, including data visualization platforms, real estate management systems, and account-specific toolsProvide training and ongoing support to ensure team members and clients are fully equipped to use these systems effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, data quality concerns, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

Process Improvement and Optimization:

Proactively identify opportunities for process simplification, tool enhancement, and data system optimizationDesign and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the team and client account

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology Experience in:Business analytics or data visualization softwareData mapping and modellingSelf-motivated with a client-centric focusPower BI is preferredSQL is preferredETL tools such as Alteryx or Python is a plusBeing part of a software product team or BI product team is a plusHandling commercial real estate data is a plusTeam leadership is a plusProficiency in MS PowerPoint preferred
