About your manager

Radek is the manager of the team and has long experience in Digital Enablement agenda from projects in the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Switzerland, Canada, United States or in the Middle East region. Apart from project responsibilities, Radek focuses on building trust and openness across the whole team. He believes that everyone in the team has something to learn from each other and therefore grow together. He likes traveling, sports and enjoys time with family and his dog. 

Job description & summary

We are looking for candidates to join our globally focused and agile Digital Enablement team based in Prague. Our team engages in Data Analytics, Data Science and Data Architecture activities for both clients in the Czech Republic and globally. We offer the possibility to work with premier clients, projects and technologies, giving you the opportunity to quickly broaden your experience and develop your skills. We welcome applications from candidates who are graduates and/or experienced professionals to lead an engagement team. You will:

Work as a part of the Prague Digital Enablement agile team where you will be participating on development of innovative data driven solutions for PwC clients, via consultation, design and development of data analytics solutions. 

Gather business requirements and translate them to technical language.  

You will communicate with business stakeholders to understand the needs and apply technology to fulfill these needs.  

Analysing data with respect to business requirements and processes. 

Design and implement technical target state.  

React flexibly to different clients' needs.

You will present insights from business analysis, data mining and user stories based on final reports. 

Understand potential core issues and pain points, propose solution approaches and work closely with other team members on implementation. 

You will potentially:

​​Build data models and data transformations. 

Write SQL queries, MDX and DAX formulas in MS Power BI.  

Create data visualizations in BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense. 

Use business intelligence best practices to standardize reports, automate data flows and reports refreshes.  

Requirements of role

Data enthusiasm and willingness to grow in the business intelligence area. 

Willingness to be in touch with business, understand their needs and help them automate and streamline processes using BI solutions. 

At least 1 year of experience in the area of Business Intelligence, data visualization or data analysis. 

Willingness to learn different technologies, not strictly focusing on one specific agenda (SQL, MS Power BI, Azure Stack…).

Willingness to grow in an ever-changing environment reflecting client's needs and its alignment with the modern technical area. 

At least fundamental knowledge of databases, business intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, IBM Cognos…), SQL, ETL. 

The ability to communicate in English and Czech.
