**Title: Business Intelligence Analyst 3**
**Location: Remote (Candidate must work PST Hours)**
**Duration: 3months (I will extend, yes — provided the candidate is successful and the sponsor has the budget)**
**Pay rate range: $35 to $42**
**Candidate Requirements**
+ **Years of Experience** : 2–4 years
+ **Education** : No specific degree or certifications required
+ **Preferred Background** :
+ Junior to mid-level understanding of data utilization and reporting
+ Experience with Power BI and project management
+ **Disqualifiers** :
+ Inability to adapt quickly or work in ambiguous environments
+ **Ideal Candidate** :
+ Proactive and fast learner
+ Able to manage ambiguity and execute on tight deadlines
+ Strong analytical and communication skills

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Align business strategies with technical solutions
+ Gather and translate business requirements for development teams
+ Perform ROI analyses to guide system implementation decisions
+ Support complex business processes and projects
+ Act as liaison between business units and IT for technical solutions
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
+ MBA or advanced degree preferred
+ 5–7 years overall professional experience (ideal, not mandatory for this role)
+ Basic programming knowledge to read and comprehend code
+ Strong project management and analytical skills
+ Ability to create competitive business solutions
