The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Business Intelligence Analyst, Senior.  This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Mission Partner CoS OKM, located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Designs, develops, and maintains interactive Business Intelligence (BI) systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and other intelligence-related reports and dashboards in support of USAREUR-AF and MP data and information systems services  

Creates and maintains efficient data models to support reporting and analytics, enabling data-centric operations that provide a decisive military advantage 

Performs data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tasks to ensure data is ready for analysis, helping to characterize, shape, and normalize the data  

Writes and optimizes Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and custom calculations for advanced data analysis 

Integrates data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other platforms into BI systems for analysis 

Troubleshoots and optimizes performance of reports, dashboards, and data models  

Works closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to understand data needs  

Implements and advises management of user roles and security settings in BI systems to control access  

Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used in reports and dashboards 

Maintains thorough documentation for BI system reports, dashboards, and data models 

Provides training and support to users on how to access and interpret BI system reports and dashboards 

Manages version control for BI system reports and dashboards 

Resolves issues with BI system reports, data sources, or performance problems 

Develops automated processes for data refreshes, report distribution, and alerts 

Works with program teams to ensure seamless integration of BI systems with organizational data systems 

Mentors other BI analysts 

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge on multiple work assignments 

Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives 

Possesses comprehensive domain and technical knowledge 

May supervise others  

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and have the ability to maintain 

BA/BS +8-12 years recent experience 

Certification – 8140 - GCLD or GSEC or CSSLP 

Demonstrates mastery of BI tools and techniques, with particular emphasis on Power BI and Tableau in military or Government environments.  

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, DAX formulas, and version control, ensuring accurate and efficient data analysis across complex organizational structures.  

Exhibits strategic expertise in integrating diverse data sources and creating interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.  

Demonstrates proficiency in optimizing BI system performance, implementing security protocols, troubleshooting complex data issues, developing automated processes, creating and maintaining documentation, and providing user training and support.  

Excels at collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions and working with program teams for systems integration.  

Combines technical acumen with strong mentoring skills to elevate team capabilities and drive data-centric operations that provide a decisive military advantage.  

Exhibits expertise in knowledge management strategies, governance, and policy development practices for complex organizational environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,700 - 173,900 USD
