1. 数据分析

   - 收集、清洗和整合多源业务数据（销售、市场、运营、财务等），构建数据分析模型。优化现有分析模型，提升数据处理效率。

   - 通过统计分析、趋势预测等方法，识别业务痛点、机会和潜在风险，输出可落地的改进建议。 

   - 监控关键业务指标（KPI），定期生成分析报告并解读数据背后的业务意义。

2. BI工具与平台管理

   - 设计并开发交互式数据看板（Dashboard）和自动化报表，使用工具如Power BI、Qlik等。 

   - 维护和优化企业数据仓库（Data Warehouse）、ETL流程及BI系统的稳定性与性能。 

   - 推动数据可视化工具在企业内的普及，提升团队数据使用效率。 

3. 跨部门协作与需求对接

   - 与业务部门（市场、销售、产品等）紧密合作，理解业务目标并转化为数据分析需求。 

   - 为管理层、运营团队提供定制化分析支持，参与战略规划和目标制定。 

- 业务咨询与培训：为业务部门提供数据分析相关的咨询和培训，提升其数据素养和数据分析能力，促进数据驱动的文化在企业内部的形成和发展。

4. 数据治理与质量提升

   - 制定数据标准，确保数据准确性、一致性和完整性。 

   - 识别数据质量问题，推动数据治理流程优化。 

任职要求

- 教育背景：本科及以上学历，统计学、计算机、理工科等相关专业。 

- 技能要求： 

  - 熟悉OFFICE软件，精通EXCEL数据分析处理。 

  - 熟练使用至少一种主流BI工具：Power BI、Qlik等。

  - 经验要求：3年以上数据分析或BI相关经验，有电梯行业领域经验者优。

  - 个人能力：逻辑清晰、沟通能力强，具备业务敏感性、商业思维、工作相关英语能力。
