The position will be responsible for overseeing and leading the generation and collection of data and insights, acting as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, empowering data-driven decision-making, identifying business opportunities, and fostering a customer-centric approach across the organization, with a special focus on a therapeutic area. The Lead will ensure all research and analytical efforts align with business goals and provide actionable intelligence to drive strategic initiatives. **Strategic Insight Generation & Partnership:** + Generate comprehensive business knowledge through in-depth analysis of diverse data sources, including market audits and primary research studies. + Act as a trusted internal consultant, proactively identifying critical business questions and developing innovative analytical approaches to provide timely, actionable answers. + Provide an external perspective on market dynamics and competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities to outperform competitors and drive customer-centric strategies. + Identify key brand uncertainties and develop robust scenario-based analyses to inform strategic planning. + Contribute to regional and local strategic planning and forecasting processes with data-driven insights. + Enhance performance reviews to identify opportunities and drive data-based decisions. + Lead the preparation of high-quality deliverables, including meeting agendas and presentations, for critical project meetings and leadership communications. + Foster collaboration with other specialists across the region to identify synergies in data analysis projects and market research initiatives. **Market Research and Data Analysis:** + Plan, design, and execute comprehensive market research studies, covering methodological design, vendor selection, questionnaire development, fieldwork oversight, and deliver, ensuring quality and compliance. + Develop analyses and market forecasts essential for supporting annual strategic business processes (e.g., IBP cycles, brand plans). + Monitor competitive activities and trends, connecting with global and regional teams to leverage insights. + Ensure efficient administrative processes for market research projects, including budget monitoring, invoicing, vendor registration, and quality reviews. + Implement innovative data analytics and customer insight methodologies, drawing inspiration from global practices and external players. + Promote effective understanding and utilization of data and analytical tools across business teams, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. **Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:** + Develop actionable, data-driven insights, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders through impactful storytelling to influence key strategic decisions. + Serve as a core member of relevant cross-functional teams, ensuring insights are integrated into strategic discussions. + Support strategies enhancing Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) based on customer needs. + Collaborate with senior leadership to define comprehensive data strategies that drive brand and therapeutic area growth. **Skills and Competencies:** The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of analytical, collaborative, and communication skills, essential for transforming data into business value. A Master's degree in areas related to Marketing, Data Science, or Business Administration is highly appreciated + **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Market Research, Business Insights, Business Analytics, or commercial excellence roles, with a proven track record of contributing to data analytics programs within the life sciences industry. + **Industry Knowledge:** Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential, particularly in the High Specialty business. + **Technical Expertise:** Demonstrated experience in developing analytics-based solutions to complex business problems. Proven ability to solve ambiguous and complex data challenges. + **Stakeholder Management:** Significant experience building strong relationships and effectively prioritizing work from a diverse group of stakeholders. **Languages:** + High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. + Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
