Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join a prominent commercial law firm. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth, efficient service for our clients navigating the complexities of business immigration. This opportunity is full-time, direct-hire, and hybrid following an initial 90-day training period.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file various business immigration petitions and applicationsReview and organize supporting documentation and evidenceCollaborate with attorneys, clients, and professionals on case strategy and progressCommunicate with government agencies and clients regarding case status and updatesManage client files and maintain organized caseloadsConduct legal research and draft memoranda and reportsTrack deadlines and case progress using immigration softwareMaintain accurate records of billable hoursFollow firm policies and contribute to a positive team environment

QualificationsBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 5 years of experience in business immigration lawStrong written and verbal communication skillsSolid understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and research methodsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
