Our client a global immigration services firm located in Boston, is seeking a Business Immigration Analysts to join their team. This role (M-F, 9:00am-5:30pm) is a 3+ month contract with the potential to become permanent later in the year. The position pays $26 per hour and offers a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a high-volume, process-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and file immigration petitions, including document collection, review, and drafting.Communicate with foreign nationals and clients under supervisor guidance.Track case progress, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when needed.Compile and summarize data for internal and client reporting.Maintain compliance with firm and regulatory policies using internal systems.

Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (minimum), Associate's degree or Paralegal certification also acceptable.Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings with competing priorities.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general comfort with computer systems.Customer service experience and a team-oriented attitude.
