Purpose of the Job

We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and control. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the Global Capability Center (GCC), including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Education:

Qualified/Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Preferred)
 

Work Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and control

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g. Excel, SAP)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
 

Responsibilities:
 

- Manage and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GCC functions

- Timely and accurate reporting for these GCCs as mandated

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management on financial performance

- Develop and maintain financial models and reports for GCCs

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

- Implement and monitor financial controls and procedures

Good to have:
   

- Experience in GCC Finance ecosystem

- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards (e.g. GAAP, IFRS)
