**In this role, you will:**
+ Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
+ Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
+ Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
+ Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
+ Consistently meet required timelines while accurately and thoroughly investigating incidents including following through to resolution with little to no direction
+ Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
+ Facilitate meetings that effectively drive conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
+ Lead, and participate, in incident debriefs and walkthroughs with business partners and leaders
+ Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
+ Manage incidents by directing employees, leaders, and partners at all levels and across all functional and international lines often in challenging and complex situations requiring a rapid response, preparing customer and regulatory notifications in conjunction with all applicable leaders and business partners
+ Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
+ Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
**Required Qualifications, US:**
+ 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities to drive strategic and tactical initiatives
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders
+ Advanced experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
+ Advanced experience conducting meetings, presentations, and status reporting
+ Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Advanced process efficiency experience, including process assessment, and recommendations for improvement
+ Certifications in one or more of the following: Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other relevant certifications
+ Experience within the Financial Services industry
+ Experience with Data Security and Privacy policy and procedures
+ Experience with managing Data Subject Request (DSR) requests
+ Experience with Incident Response including the ability to autonomously lead or participate in the management of compromised data, financial crimes, privacy, or similar incidents
+ Experience with regulations and laws affecting data compromise including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA 501b), U.S. state and jurisdictions data breach laws, foreign laws, and regulations
+ Experience within Risk Management and Mitigation policy and procedures
+ Experience within Risk and Regulatory Compliance policy and procedures
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
+ A BS/BA degree or higher
**Job expectations:**
+ Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
