Business Execution Associate - Global Manager Research

In this role, you will:

Assist with daily tasks and projects assigned by senior team membersEnsure accuracy and attention to detail in all work including data entry, reporting and documentationCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders demonstrating assertiveness and professionalismAdapt to changing priorities and tasks with flexibility while maintaining efficiencyTake initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutionsMaintain a positive attitude when working in a team or independently while following policies and procedures set by Wells FargoSupport cross functional teams as needed


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Proven attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce high quality workPrior experience working independently and build collaborative partnerships within a teamPrior experience working with Investment Products or Investment Research teamsDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills with the ability to express ideas and concerns professionallyIntermediate proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPointBS / BA Degree in Business or Communication

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$68,000.00 - $104,000.00
