**In this role you will**
+ This is an individual contributor role within I&P CIB Front Office COO group. Employee provisioning team serves the purpose of managing on global level user access permission for CIB employees, primarily includes Employee onboarding, offboarding and Additional access request.Key ResponsibilitiesSeeking a candidate with strong automation and reporting skills to elevate our access management capabilities
+ Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
+ Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and insights from access management data.
+ Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations for improving access management processes
+ Ability to create reports that highlight trends and anomalies in access management metrics.
+ Experience in developing reporting solutions for automation frameworks used in access management.
+ Develop and maintain reporting solutions to monitor and track access management activities.
+ Design and implement interactive dashboards to visualize key access management metrics.
+ Automate the generation of regular reports on access governance and compliance.
+ Analyze access management data to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
+ Collaborate with access management teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
+ Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of access management reporting processes.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired qualification**
+ Exp in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain operations or Reporting and Automation background
• Good verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail
• Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy and integrity
• Candidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and result
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills to create persuasive PowerPoint presentations; Strong analytical skills leveraging Microsoft Excel/Access
• Experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance to drive tactical and strategic decisions and planning
