Business Excellence and Strategy Leader - Image Guided Therapy (North America)
As the IGT Fixed Systems Business Excellence & Strategy Leader, you will support the IGT Business as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enhancing business effectiveness and efficiency. In your role, you will define and lead daily management, problem solving, and continuous improvement / transformation programs, across functions in North America. You will also be an advocate of the North Americal best practices and protocols to be share with global peers in similar roles. This person will stay closely aligned with both the Head of Commercial Excellence and Strategy and the Commercial Sales Leader to ensure the business performs today and is set up for consistent success in the future. **Your Role:** + Establishes and drives key leading growth, relationship, and commercial productivity indicators; manages execution on priorities to improve performance. + Identifies and escalates issues impacting IGTS performance, puts forward recommendations to IGTS Leadership team that will have the greatest impact on the organization. + Develops and manages IGTS Daily Management framework, including KPI setting, engagement cadence, and reporting/countermeasures execution. This will span all facets of IGTS execution within North America: equipment sales, service sales, and revenue delivery. Partners with Sales Excellence, NAM Ops, and S&SD Ops to populate analytics and drive DM cadence and countermeasures. Oversees execution of countermeasures and action items to drive accountability and ensure progress. + Partners with cross-functional teams including Sales Excellence team to develop integrated goals, incentives, and people management strategies (G&Os, sales readiness, PPM, etc.) + Consistently engaged with the business partners across IGT (Fixed, Mobile, DSS, Procedural Solutions, Comp) in a bi-directional way to ensure the BPs understand the voice of the field, and the field stays on track with BP driven initiatives. **You’re the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years’ continuous improvement and transformation experience within a large/complex commercial organization. + Your skills include: an operational and analytical skillset, data driven mindset, change management, and transformation skills + You have:Influencing skills to challenge, educate, guide, convince and gain commitment from senior executives. Ie - **Communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.** A solutions mindset – the ability to identify and tackle complex problems with thorough consideration of alternatives, consequences. + You have a Bachelor's degree ideally in a related field. The pay range for this position in AK, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $170,000-$271,000. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $181,000-$289,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
