For this position you will need: + Fluent French speaker (mandatory) + Attention to detail + Good written and communication skills + Administrative profile + Comfortable with structured, process-driven work + Used to work under pressure and to respect deadlines + Computer literacy 📚 **Learning & Development Internship** You will support the team in different areas such as: + Supporting and improving our **global onboarding experience** for new hires + Coordinating schedules, communications, and feedback for onboarding sessions + Assisting in the **rollout of impactful L&D initiatives** – from soft skills workshops to internship programs + Managing content and courses on our **Learning Management System (LMS)** + Helping **launch global learning campaigns** that reach hundreds of employees + **Tracking participation and analyzing data** to drive continuous improvement + Collaborating with L&D and cross-functional teams on exciting, high-visibility projects + **Contributing ideas, energy, and creativity** to a small, agile, and supportive team For this position you will need: + Fluent english speaker (mandatory) + Communication skills + Proactiveness + Criativity (good to have) + Experience with Microsoft Office (specially ppt and excel) + Demonstrate resilience and focus in high-volume task environments Ready to make an impact?
