Join Publicis Media Dubai as our Retail Media Director, and help shape the next chapter of media innovation in the region. As the Retail Media Director, you’ll play a critical role in leading the strategy, execution, and growth of our Retail Media Network (RMN). You’ll work cross-functionally to seamlessly integrate retail media with our existing media planning and buying capabilities, while delivering measurable value to clients and partners. Responsibilities -Develop and articulate the overall vision and strategy for Publicis Media’s RMN offering. -Identify key growth opportunities and market trends across the retail media ecosystem. -Define and evolve the RMN’s value proposition, ensuring differentiation in a fast-moving marketplace. -Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, tech providers, and key media partners. -Pitch and present the RMN’s capabilities to current and prospective clients, showcasing its impact on performance and business outcomes. -Own the RMN's revenue growth and performance KPIs across the region. -Lead and develop a team Qualifications -12-15+ years of experience in digital media, commerce, or retail media, with proven leadership in cross-functional environments. -A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong client-facing experience. -Deep understanding of retail media platforms, measurement, and first-party data capabilities. -Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally. -Passion for innovation, transformation, and performance marketing -Arabic talents would be preferred Additional information R-3020 P-3417
