About the Role:The intern will support the operational activities of the Controlling and Digitalization departments, with a strong focus on data handling, cleansing, and analysis. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with large datasets and gain practical experience using Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and SharePoint. The intern will assist in key financial and digital processes including forecasting, period-end closing, dashboard maintenance, KPI tracking, and digital solution development. Additionally, this position will contribute to the promotion of digital tools and support cross-functional and global digital collaborations. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming data into insights.
Your Tasks and responsibilitiesSupport financial processes: forecasting, month-end closing, and KPI tracking.Manage and analyze data using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and SharePoint.Maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports.Support the development and promotion of digital tools.Collaborate with local and global teams on digital initiatives.Contribute to business cases and economic benefit analyses.Support access management and process documentation.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree: Finance, Industrial Engineering or similarDigital tools knowledge: Power BI, Power Query, Power AppsExcellent communications skillsEager to learn about processes, digital tools, platforms.Fluent English
