Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
Research and identify potential leads and target accounts that align with the company's ideal customer profile.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, such as needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT or similar frameworks).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to engage potential clients.
Clearly and effectively communicate the company's value proposition and how its products or services can address the prospects' needs.
Schedule introductory meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team.
Nurture early-stage leads to build relationships and increase their interest in the company's offerings.
Accurately track and manage all activities and progress in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, qualification efforts, and meeting scheduling.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on insights gained from prospect interactions.
Identify new potential markets or customer segments.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall sales goals.
