You'll utilize your cold calling skills to set the stage for successful conversions while leveraging CRM tools to track your progress. Your Responsibilities Will Include: + Researching and identifying prospective clients who can benefit from our facility solutions. + Conducting high-volume outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads. + Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. + Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-up and reporting. + Achieving set metrics for outreach and lead generation activities. + Collaborating closely with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and follow-up strategies. Requirements What We're Looking For: + A high school diploma is required; a degree in business or a related field is preferred. + 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, and other sales tools. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. + A self-starter mentality with a keen attention to detail. + Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective clients. + A positive attitude and a passion for exceed targets.
