As a Business Development Representative II, you’ll fuel revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with sales professionals and Sales Engineers, and providing strategic account research. How You’ll Make an Impact
Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and extensive account researchCollaborate with field-based sales teams and Sales Engineers to develop value propositions and build successful client relationshipsMeet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals by initiating 50+ contacts daily and scheduling qualified appointments using advanced outreach techniquesAssess prospect needs and identify decision makers by executing targeted outbound campaignsDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of Spectrum products and services to engage clients and improve the sales cycleEnsure seamless account transition to Major Account Executives through effective communication and thorough client documentationManage sales activities, pipeline and reporting using Salesforce and other enablement toolsWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceExperience
1+ years of business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/software-as-a-service business developmentBusiness and account planning implementation experienceSkills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAptitude to learn Spectrum Business product suite and sales methodologyPreferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in sales or equivalent level of sales experienceExperience
Experience with SalesforceSkills
