WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a part-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our referral network and generate qualified leads within a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and an authentic connection to our mission.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:

Identify and develop new referral sources in the Avondale, Ortega, Riverside, and West Jacksonville areas.Actively contact and follow up with leads by phone, email, and in-person meetings (local travel required).Build and maintain trusted relationships with community partners, service providers, and senior-focused organizations.Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement local growth strategies and quarterly sales objectives.Utilize branded materials, social media tools, training content, and email campaigns to promote services and increase brand awareness.Participate in webinars, networking events, and community outreach to stay visible in the market.Provide regular activity reports and performance updates.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma (college degree preferred).Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.Able to work 10-15 hours/week with flexible scheduling.Flexibility to work from home, mandatory in-person weekly meeting Must pass a pre-employment background check.
