Starting Pay : $76.84 per hour

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join the team and help drive innovation across defense and aerospace technologies.

The Role & Impact

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in advancing our client’s mission by identifying high-potential opportunities, aligning them with core technology roadmaps, and driving innovative solutions into programs of record. Your work will directly influence how pioneering aerospace technologies reach government customers and impact future generations.

What You’ll Do

Analyze Department of Defense (DoD) budgets to identify opportunities.

Research and evaluate new markets and customers for emerging technologies.

Contribute to the development of technology maturation and insertion roadmaps.

Identify technology insertion opportunities within programs of record.

Monitor OTAs and Sam.gov for relevant business opportunities.

Support proposal readiness, including SOW development.

Draft marketing plans and conduct competitive market assessments.

Build and strengthen customer relationships across the industry.

Organize Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and customer site visits.

Qualifications

Required:

Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.  Experience working with government customers.

Strong knowledge of SCRAM and composites.

Understanding of the challenges in deployment and maturation of new technologies.


This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                              

 

Preferred:

Background in aerospace or defense business development.

Proven success in identifying and developing strategic opportunities.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay Details: $76.84 per hour
