Business Development Representative – B2B Sales
System One is partnering up with a startup company seeking a driven and professional Business Development Representative here in the Tulsa area.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales efforts to grow the client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals
Conduct outbound outreach and cold calls using HubSpot CRM (5,000 leads provided)
Partner with the owner for joint sales efforts and gradually take full ownership of the process
Represent the company in virtual and in-person client meetings
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience and willingness to cold call
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Mature, competitive, and professional mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
