\nYou’ll start by
\n\nUsing our CRM system to qualify prospects by telephone, email, online platforms - Canada-wide B2B sales, no limits on industry\nPromoting DHL Express services to new and existing clients\nActing as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries or issues are dealt with appropriately\nCoordinating with different departments on lead initiatives\nWorking with supervisor on a regular basis for feedback opportunities\n\nThen you’ll have the opportunity to
\n\nRe-activate, onboard, and manage small-sized business accounts where companies use DHL Express services 3-6 x year\nIdentify opportunities for growth and use of DHL Express services on a more frequent basis, collaborating with our different sales channels\nUtilize our commercial tools to maximize revenue growth\nPractice with pipeline management to set up new businesses within DHL Express\nProvide outstanding customer service in English and French, ensuring clear and effective communication and understanding of customer inquiries, concerns, and requests across Canada.\n\n\nOur Investment in You

\n· College or University degree or 1-2 years prior sales experience
\n· Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management tool.
\n· Proficient with Microsoft Office
\n· Outstanding phone presence with the ability to create rapport with prospective clients
\n· Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
\n· Commitment to exceed sales targets
\n· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage time and tasks effectively and strategically
\n· Resiliency, a positive attitude, and the perseverance to succeed!
\n· Bilingual in French or geographically mobile is a MANDATORY
