Business Development Representative | B2B Services

About the role:

Location: Bucharest

Work style: Approximately 75–85% of the role involves field work and travel, meeting prospects and clients face-to-face.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a growing sales team in Bucharest in a permanent role. This position is focused on new business development in a B2B services environment, with a strong emphasis on field activity and building long-term customer relationships.

The role is ideal for hunters who enjoy identifying opportunities, approaching new prospects, and closing deals in a competitive environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop new B2B customers in order to meet and exceed sales targets.

Conduct prospecting activities including field visits, cold outreach, and networking to build a strong pipeline.

Assess customer needs and propose tailored service solutions that create clear value for the client.

Negotiate pricing and delivery conditions within the defined authority and close sales agreements.

Deliver a strong customer experience through active listening and consultative selling.

Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system.

Manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring the right level of activity to achieve targets.

Continuously develop product knowledge, service expertise, and sales techniques.

Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Contribute to improving sales performance by sharing best practices with the team.

Experience managing sales pipelines and activity levels effectively.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales

Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Sales training or sales methodology certifications are considered an advantage.

English – at least basic working knowledge (ideally good communication skills).
