About the role:

Location: Iasi & Neamt Relocation is possible for strong candidates with proven results.  The role is field-based, requires autonomy and it's focused on direct interaction with farmers, distributors, and partners in the assigned territory.  This role combines commercial, technical and relationship management responsibilities.

 

Scope of the role:

Strengthen presence in the Romanian market, Develop sales in the assigned territory, Ensure achievement of annual and seasonal targets, Increase market penetration at grower level, Support commercial campaigns and product promotion. 

 

Key responsibilities:

Achieve sales and revenue targets in assigned area Manage relationships with farmers and distributors Execute commercial campaigns and field activities Support product trials and promotional events Monitor competition and market trends Ensure compliance with company policies and contracts Provide regular reporting and market feedback

 

Candidate profile:

Required: Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar sales role Strong knowledge of local market in assigned region Proven commercial results Dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset Good communication and customer orientation Ability to work independently in territory Nice to have: Agriculture / agribusiness education Experience in agriculture / seed companies / crop protection / distribution preferred Basic English CRM / MS Office skills

 

Compensation & benefits:

Salary: 6000-8000 Ron NET/month, negociable according to seniority and experience Bonus scheme, according to performance Meal tickets: 35 RON Mobility allowance Private medical insurance or subscription Company car, laptop, phone Final package depends on experience and internal positioning.
