How You’ll Make an Impact
Participate in a comprehensive sales training program to sharpen client interaction and prospecting techniquesBuild strong relationships with Account Executives through effective communicationDemonstrate expertise in presenting Spectrum products and services to potential clientsQualify prospects while maintaining professionalism and client satisfactionCollaborate with Major Account Executives to achieve sales targetsSchedule seamless transitions for qualified clients to the outside sales teamManage a pipeline of prospects, staying informed about industry competitionPursue ongoing development of sales skills and techniquesWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Math, Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience
0-1+ years of sales experience, ideally in business development, sales development, inside sales, prospecting for new business and accounts, IT or Software-as-a-Service business development, Salesforce or similar CRMSkills
