As a Business Development Representative, you’ll serve as the local face of our territory, building referral relationships with professionals who support seniors and their families every day.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means consistently building a strong referral pipeline and generating qualified consultations, particularly through senior living communities and trusted community partners.
What You’ll DoBuild and maintain referral relationships with:Senior living and assisted living communitiesSenior placement agentsRealtorsElder law and estate attorneysCare managers and related professionalsSchedule meetings, follow up professionally, and maintain thoughtful, persistent outreachRepresent Caring Transitions at networking events and community opportunitiesTrack outreach activity and results using simple weekly reporting (no corporate red tape)Support reputation and brand growth by encouraging follow-up, reviews, and referralsServe as a trusted connector who makes it easy for partners to say “yes”
Compensation
This is a part-time, performance-based role with clear and straightforward bonuses
You’re a Great Fit If YouHave experience in sales, business development, or outreach (service-based experience is a plus)Are comfortable walking into new places and starting conversationsAre organized and consistent with follow-upHave reliable transportation and a smartphoneCommunicate with empathy and professionalism, especially with seniors and families during stressful momentsEnjoy working independently while staying connected to a supportive team
