Business Development Manager – UAE & KSA (Executive Search & Recruitment)

Overview:

Antal International is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth in KSA and UAE by securing new clients (government entities, PIF portfolio companies, multinationals, and giga-projects) and selling premium, bespoke recruitment solutions to C-level stakeholders and HR decision-makers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop market expansion strategies and enter new verticals in KSA. Acquire and nurture client relationships with CEOs, CHROs, and decision-makers. Deliver consultative selling of retained executive search and specialized recruitment solutions. Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Monitor market trends, talent gaps, and competitor activity to inform strategies. Prepare proposals, tenders, and agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates. Achieve and exceed revenue targets.

 

Requirements:

3–7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or executive search/recruitment consulting. Deep knowledge of Saudi business landscape, key sectors, and Vision 2030 initiatives. Established network of decision-makers in KSA preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic; Russian or Italian speakers highly valued. Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field. Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, self-driven approach.
