About The Role:

Business Expansion Officer (Hunter) has main responsibility to acquiring new merchants as well as maintaining relation with existing merchants in order to achieve business acquisition goals.

What Will You Do:

Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants-related to TPV & TPT achievement. Assist and ensure integration process for partners on-boarding. Responsible for retaining existing merchants; keep merchants active and productive. Responsible for good relationship with partners and banks. Gather merchant’s feedback. Understand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could better address those needs. Handle administrative works related to merchant's data (e.g craft new sales proposals and contract renewals).
