Job Description:
The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and generating new business through inside and outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. Additional responsibilities include:
develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales targetsestablish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new businessinvolve local recruiting team in business development activitiesuse a CRM system to document sales activitiesSpherion team members enjoy bonuses, commission opportunities, excellent benefits and more, while maintaining a work-life balance that values family and personal time.

Our next leader will be a self-motivated, competitive leader and will have the following:successful track record of selling all sizes of accounts with 3-5 years experience strong sales presentation and persuasion skillseffective leadership and staff management skillsdemonstrated organizational and planning skillseffective rapport-building and relationship management skillsability to take initiativemanage time effectively and have strong organizational skillsEducation: Associate Degree
Experience: 36 months
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of successful business development experience with at least one of those roles being a B2B Sales position.Related Experience: District Sales Manager, Sales Director, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor
