Purpose:
The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers, channels, and sales team to devise strategies for growing the Water Purification product line in the specified territory. They will hit revenue targets by building internal and external channels within the designated area and meeting the sales quota and will be benefitted with huge networking team.

Business Planning
Develops and maintains the sales operational strategy for the region, encompassing opportunity mapping, focal industry segments and accounts, sales projections, approaches, and resource requirements. Recognizes the general strengths and weaknesses of key competitors and formulates sales strategies to respond efficiently. Ensures that the sales operating plan aligns with the overarching business objectives. Collaborates with the marketing team to develop a strong marketing strategy enthusiastic about boosting demand generation in specific target segments.

Outstanding social skills, critical thinking, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are vital. Responsibilities:
Leading and Forecasting Sales Pipeline
Versatile handling of sales prospects and leads using CRM tools and procedures.
Guarantees the management is provided with precise sales forecasts and stays updated on any significant changes or progressions.
Ensures a diverse range of prospects fill the sales pipeline at different points in the sales process. Regularly reviews forecast, pipeline and sales strategies with individual sales reps. Ensures that opportunities and leads are pursued in a timely way.
Assesses sales opportunities early in sales cycle to ensure sales force is pursuing appropriate opportunities and working effectively.. Provides quarterly sales forecasts and project pipelines to the Supply chain department to assist in figuring out suitable inventory levels
Building and maintaining partnerships with Channel Partners and internal cross-division partners
Develops profile of sales channels required to improve performance in region significant growth
Recruits and nurtures business connections with channel and cross-division collaborators.
Arranges activities with partners in support of joint sales engagement & Ensures resolution or advances issues that arise through pursuit of opportunities with partners.
Stays current with partners’ strategies, direction and operations & Supports marketing efforts of partners in existing and potential customers & Mobilizes the appropriate partners to pursue specific opportunities.
Leading the Sales Process
Supports direct and indirect sales reps in crafting strategies for taking care of obstacles, customer objections or driven situations.
Conducts routine sales visits to establish a strong executive presence within strategic accounts, while developing insights into customer needs and sales challenges.
Identifies deals or opportunities that need additional support and resources.
Acknowledges the costs associated with pursuing sales opportunities and manages them appropriately.
Identifies and drives local stocking of consumables and spares.
Collaborates with service department to guarantee appropriate service capacities for customer support.
Candidate profile:
Master's degree in Business /Sciences or a related field.Candidate should have minimum 5-6 years in Pharma/Biopharma/Life science/ ResearchExperience in sales or business development preferably in the water purification industry.The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of our water purification products in the South and East regions.We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
