A Business Development Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts by providing technical service that creates value and strengthens relationships. The role focuses on maintaining revenue, ensuring price capture, and improving gross profit, while also identifying new product opportunities and occasional new business prospects within existing customers.

What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical or business field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical situations.
Comprehensive understanding of both general and specific aspects of the job.
Ability to apply technical expertise to real-world challenges and process improvements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and guide technical discussions.
