Our US client is a world leader in heat recovery deep cleaning, surface preparation and industrial coatings, serving power generation, infrastructure and industrial markets worldwide. They are looking for highly qualified candidates to join them as Business Development Manager to be based in Thailand.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and managing relationships with key accounts in their assigned country. This role combines business development, client engagement, and project support to ensure outstanding customer experience and revenue growth.
Job Description: Develop and execute a country-level sales strategy aligned with regional growth goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in power generation and industrial sectors. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and negotiations. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Provide feedback to leadership on territory challenges and growth potential. Requirements:
Minimum Degree Holder in Engineering or relevant STEM studies Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned country.
