     Monoclonal Antibodies (mAbs)

       Key Responsibilities:

 

       (i)Business Development & Sales:

       Identify, develop, and convert leads from greenfield, brownfield, and existing facility upgrades.

       Drive end-to-end project sales cycles from lead generation to order finalization.        

       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and customize solutions.

Project Execution:

       Manage project planning and execution.

        Ensure timely IQ, OQ, PQ and system handover to clients.

Revenue & Receivables Management:

       Achieve revenue targets.

       Follow up and manage collection of receivables.

Team Building & Leadership:

       Build and lead project teams.

       Mentor and upskill team members.

 

       (V) Client Relationship & Support:

       Maintain client relationships and drive repeat business.       

       Address client escalations and support execution.

 

       Key Skills:

      Technical acumen and solution-based sales

       Project management proficiency

       Pharma/biopharma client handling

       Leadership and communication skills

       Travel: Frequent across India as per project need.

     

       Education:

      Mechanical / Chemical / Biotech / Instrumentation / Biomedical Engineering,       B.E./B.Tech+MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Operations (preferred).

 

 

 

Experience: 6–12 years of experience in project sales or project management within pharma/bioprocess sectors

Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
