What You’ll Do:

Drive Market Strategy: Identify new market segments, design growth strategies, and lead initiatives to penetrate local and regional markets.

Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with industrial clients and key B2B partners.

Lead Revenue Growth: Manage tender processes, negotiate long-term supply agreements, and structure innovative distribution channels.

Analyze & Innovate: Monitor market trends, understand competitor strategies, and provide actionable insights to shape business decisions.

Shape Expansion Plans: Explore new distribution channels and potential export opportunities where viable.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven B2B business development experience, ideally in manufacturing, food processing, agribusiness, or industrial supply.

Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement growth initiatives.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or business development roles.
